Shipping1. All orders are processed/charged within 1-24 hours. Once charged, they move on to shipping. 2. Credit Card Orders are processed at 9pm (pacific standard time) and will be shipped the following business day morning. Orders received after 9pm will be processed on the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. About 75% of our orders are processed and out for delivery within 24 hours. Paypal and GoogleCheckout orders are the fastest since they are processed and ship within 1-24 hours. 3. All orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. 4. Orders placed on Friday will be processed until the next business day (Monday if not a holiday).
Shipping/Handling Charges1. On checkout, you will have multiple shipping options. You will be given the option to select the cheapest price. 2. Unlike our competition, we do not make money from shipping. Our handling charges range from .15 cents to $1.25, depending on the size of the boxes used. Other companies make as much as $4 profit from shipping! AlivioVital, is well known for its low shipping rates at a very fast turnaround time. 3. We offer FREE Shipping to orders over $100. There is a limit of 20 pounds for free shipping. Orders over 20 pounds will be charged regular shipping fees. 4. We offer Small International Flat Rate Shipping. This usually cuts international shipping rates by as much as 50%! Quantity limits apply and is only available for small items. If this is available for a product, you will see it underneath the product's description along with quantity limits and combination posibilities with other products in case you wish to mix and match products.
Billing & Address Information1. Please provide accurate billing and shipping information. You are responsible for any additional charges that occur due to inaccurate address information. Do not forget your Apartment/office Number if that applies. If you selected USPS 2-9 day shipping and there was an error which resulted in a return of your package, USPS adds a penalty fee (based on weight) which would be added to your shipping fee when item is re-sent. To avoid this fee use 1-3 day shipping or make sure there are no mistakes in your shipping address. 2. No order is shipped until funds have cleared. Orders payed with Credit Card may take within 24-48 hours to process and leave our store. 3. GoogleCheckout orders are usually the fastest to process and clear payment. The downside is that googlecheckout customers do not take advantage of our money back point system, giveaways, prizes, affiliate system and not all coupons apply to googlecheckout users. Googlecheckout is also not supported for international orders. Wholesale and distributor pricing is also not supported by GoogleCheckout. 4. Paypal orders are usually approved within 5-30 minutes and are therefore fast to process. However, if your paypal payment went through as an echeck or bank transfer, it will take from 5-10 business days to clear. To avoid this, make sure your Paypal account has the required funds before you use it. If your paypal account has funds, your order will be processed in 5-30 minutes and will usually be shipped the same day. 5. Credit Card Orders are processed at 9pm (pacific standard time) and will be shipped the following business day morning. Orders received after 9pm will be processed on the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. If your credit card order is declined, rest assured that your transaction is voided and not charged, however, some banks will sometimes show authorization funds reserved or placed on hold (if you have online banking, you will see this hold, but rest assured it was not charged). These funds will be made available again, after your bank/credit card processor releases the hold they placed. This is not done by us and we have no control over this. Please contact your bank/credit card processor for the exact length of time that this hold/reserve will be in place. These funds are simply on hold and will be put back into your account shortly. This is something that most banks do and usually release the funds again within 24-72 hours. Yet, some banks are known to keep the hold for as long as a week and other banks dont place a hold at all. This hold is only visible if you have online banking or if you check your available balance during this time. It will not show on your final printed statements since it was never actually charged.
The best thing is to avoid declined transactions. It is important to note that declined Credit Card orders/transactions are usually due to a mismatch of name, address, zip code or security number on the card used. Make sure that the name you provide during checkout under "Billing Address" matches the name, address and zip code that is in file with your bank/credit card company. If you changed your address, make sure you updated it with your bank/credit card company and do not use a P.O. Box number under your billing address unless your credit card was setup with that specific P.O . Box address.
Out of Stock ItemsIf your order contains any out-of-stock items that we miscalculated and/or cannot fulfill your oder, rest assured that we will immediately notify you by email or telephone to give you an opportunity to cancel, wait for the item to arrive, or send only the items currently in stock. As an apology for your inconvenience, we will provide you with a discount promo code which you can use the next time you order from us.
Returns1. Please contact us Before Returning any item so we can provide you the return shipping label. If you return package without contacting us first, you will PAY for return SHIPPING and we will not refund you the shipping fees. Please include an explanation for the return. If it is not our error in the order, we will not pay for a return shipping label. 2. NO OPEN CONTAINERS can be returned. 3.
