Jaloma elastic bandages are useful in cases of sprains, bruises, bumps, cracks, etc.

For better results, we recommend you use this product in conjunction with:
Camphor Ointment , Rocainol Ointment , U-Tri Ointment , Arnica Ointment or Bengay Cream.

Bandage is 5 centimeters (1.97 inches) wide and 5 meters (5.45 yards) long with stretched tension

Do not put too tight so skin is allowed to breathe.
