- Do you have a retail store in my local area?
Unfortunately AlivioVital began only as a distributor and has only within the last 2 years opened its business to the public. There are no retails stores open to the public but we will soon open a store in the Los Angeles County area. Subscribe to your newsletter and we will notify our customers when we open our doors.
- How do I track my package?
Login to your account and under "My Orders" click on View the orders I have made. Once you are there, you will see your orders status. If it has been shipped and is Out for Delivery, you will see a "Track" button. Click it and you will see where your package is.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. AlivioVital ships all over the world.
- Is your website secure?
Our website is encrypted and fully secure for all transactions and forms. For any page that requires you name, personal information or payment details, you can rest assured that your information is safe. Not even our employees have access to your payment details, that goes directly to the bank and is processed between your bank and ours. We dont keep your payment details nor do we leave vulnerable loopholes.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
That depends on what shipping method you selected on your order. If you are not sure what you selected, login to your account and under "My Orders" click on View the orders I have made. Click on the order in question. There you will see the details of the order and under Shipping, you will see what shipping method you selected. If 2-9 day shipping, you can expect your order in about 10 to 11 business days. This is because usually it takes us one day to clear your payment and process your order, then the delivery is 2-9 business days (holidays and weekends do not count). That is a long time to wait, that is why we recommend you select 2-3 day delivery. With this method you will have your order in about 4-5 business days.
- What shipping method do you use to deliver?
We use United States Postal Service to ship anywhere in the United States, APO/FPO addresses and internationally.
- Can we request products you dont yet carry?
We appreciate to hear your thoughts and opinions and would love to hear what you need. Most of the products we offer to the public are a direct result of people demanding them. That is why our affiliate system is so successful. All our products have a high demand and we are open to hear what you would like for us to sell. We will consider those items that get requested the most.
